Terms & Conditions:
All online bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
We accept bookings to start on any day of the week and accept both cheques and card payments. The booking is made on the proviso of each pitch being for your caravan or motor home or tent for two adults, one car with or without electricity.
All bookings must be confirmed by a minimum payment of one night's fee. This fee is non-refundable. You may settle your pitch fee balance by cash if so wish. Under certain circumstances of cancellation we will carry your deposit fee forward but this totally at the discretion of the park owners. We do not store any credit or debit card information.
Bookings for Easter and Bank Holidays must be paid for in full, and if possible a minimum of three weeks in advance.
There is a three night minimum stay at Easter and Bank Holidays.
Weekend bookings in JUNE, JULY and AUGUST must be paid for in advance.
Cancellations - Where pitch fees have been paid in full in advance and when less than 14 days notice is given, payments may be refunded less £40 (£30 deposit plus £10 cancellation fee). We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance to cover any losses you may incur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pitch requests - we can never guarantee specific pitch choices, particularly during busy periods, but we will make every effort to accommodate individual requests.
Booking changes - please inform us in advance of your stay if you wish to make any changes to your original booking, e.g. extra nights, extra person(s) or extra cars, etc.
Arrival times – Please arrive from 2.00 p.m. onwards. Latest arrival time is 8.30 p.m. If you are travelling a long way and expect to arrive outside these times, please let the owners know when booking.
Departure time is 11.00 am for all pitches. This allows proper cleaning of the shower block. Late departures may be possible during less busy times of the season; please see the wardens for advice.
Adults Only Policy – Field Barn Park is an adult only park for the over 30's. Our strict policy also applies to all day visitors.
Group bookings - these are accepted solely at the discretion of the owners. This is to preserve our reputation as a place of peace and relaxation. Whilst we may accept a group booking, we do not accept shared pitches - i.e. two caravans or tents on one pitch; in the case of small pop-up festival tents the owners may allow two on a pitch.
We will not accept a group booking of more than two pitches together UNLESS prior permission has been obtained from the owners.
Dogs - well behaved dogs are very welcome, and must be kept on a lead at all times while on the park. We welcome responsible dog owners who clear up after their dogs. We will not tolerate dogs that cause a nuisance to other guests, such as dogs which are aggressive or who bark excessively. Owners of such dogs will be asked to leave, as will owners who do not clear up after their dogs.
Electrical heaters - these are strictly prohibited in awnings, (they waste power).
Noise Levels - as many of our guests choose Field Barn Park to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, we ask that music, TVs, and voice noise be kept at a reasonable level at all times and to an absolute minimum between 10.30pm and 8am. Tents are not sound proof and loud laughter can irritate other guests.
BBQs – All BBQs must be used off the grass either on a stand or on bricks.
Any visitor that does not comply with the terms and conditions above will be asked to leave the site.
For security reasons and to preserve the peace and quiet, we ask for no traffic movements between 11.15pm and 7.00am.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance or terminate the visit of any person or persons whose conduct is detrimental to Field Barn Park or to other guests.
We also accept cheques. Please make all cheques payable to Field Barn Park.
